There is only one thing that is absolutely forbidden at Body Engineering: Coca-Cola Zero.

Find out what Coca-Cola Zero really is about and why drinks like it sabotage your weight loss process and even contribute to weight gain.

You may have noticed that I never use the word “FORBIDDEN” in my articles.

  • If you’ll ask me about alcohol, I’ll tell you something along the lines of: if you only drink 1-2 glasses of wine on a Saturday night, then it’s ok.

  • If you’ll ask me about sweets, I will answer you: treat yourself to the finest cake at the best pastry place in town on the weekend.

  • If you ask me about bread, I will answer you: make that occasion a tasting experience, buy the best sourdough bread, put the best butter on it and black caviar.

  • Do you want to eat some chocolate? Satisfy that craving and move on.

I always have solutions, I will never forbid anything.

Well, the exception is Coke Zero. Drinks like that are completely banned in the Body Engineering community – the community of people who want to reach 100.

That is: years of age, not kilograms of weight.

Simply out of curiosity, do you know of any professional Coca-Cola drinker who switched to Coke Zero and lost weight? I don't know of anyone like that.

Read below and find out the truth about Coke Zero and similar types of drinks.

No, it's not about the aspartame.
