I'm sure you're tired of being told that you need to exercise more in order to lose weight or to not gain weight.

Most specialists, especially those who recommend practicing moderation, believe that you've come to have weight problems because you're lazy and because you have self-control issues.

But what can you do about laziness?

And moreover, what do you do if you're actually not lazy but don't have enough time to invest in running on the hamster wheel just to cover for the pretzels you ate on the way to the office?

The solution is apparently trivial. You give up pretzels. As well as bread, cereal, sugar, flour, oil, alcohol and any food that is empty of nutrients but full of energy in general...

And you start eating real food, that is: fish, eggs, meat and tons of vegetables.

✅ SO HOW ABOUT EXERCISE?

Is it good to sit in a chair or a sofa all day?

Obviously, it is not good. Everyone shouts about this on all TV stations for a reason.

But how many of them have actually managed to explain to you why it is not good? Maybe you will tell me that there are many studies that show benefits.

Of course, there are thousands of studies and it is certainly beneficial to exercise.

Even Valentin and I shout to members of the community every day that exercising is essential, that it is part of the key that opens the door to health.
