The magic of intermittent fasting
I, of course, don’t hold the path to universal truth, buuuut...
I discovered intermittent fasting in 2013 and the results came immediately. That was when I ave up counting calories and weighing food. This practice really changed my life.
I have practiced all variations of Intermittent Fasting (IF) for long periods of time: from the 20/4 to the 18/6 to OMAD (One Meal a Day) to fasting for 24h.
After a decade of practice, after having worked with thousands of people and after going through mounds of specialized literature, I have reached some helpful conclusions.
They will be especially helpful now with the tens of contradictory opinions on social media who are most likely very educated, but lack the actual practice.
You know me: I only like to speak when I am 100% certain of what I say. Let’s begin.

✅ WHAT IS IF?
What does intermittent fasting mean? Basically it’s this: you wake up, have some coffee, skip breakfast, then have lunch and then eat again in the evening.
✅ IF IS NATURAL
You will not eat just because you were told “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” – you will eat later on in the day when you actually get hungry.
This is the natural way.
