Medical tests recommended by Valentin Bunea at Body Engineering

Somebody asked me recently what medical tests need to be done in order to stay on the right track.

For years, I have tracked complex batches of KPIs from medical tests, but, in time, I have created a carefully selected shorter list of them.

✅ ALL IN

There were times in my life when I used to do monthly medical tests, sometimes even on a weekly basis. At one point I was even going into the doctor’s office daily or multiple times a day. I really wanted to see how blood chemistry works in various scenarios.

Of course, the medical test list for longevity / maintenance is shorter than the list of tests we recommend in the Weightless program.

I have written below, in the premium area, the most important 13 KPIs I have been tracking for years.
