After a summer full of ice cream, beer and tons of watermelon, not to mention a few extra kilos, you’re maybe wondering if a nice pumpkin pie would be OK, right?
✅ HEALTHY
You still believe that...
“Homemade pie” is healthy?
I have no idea how to make pumpkin pie so I searched on Chef Google and got the most popular recipe.
For the dough: 400g of flour, 7 tablespoons of sugar, 7 tablespoons of milk, 7 tablespoons of oil, and so on.
For the filling: 1,5 kg of shredded pumpkin, 150 grams of sugar, and so on
Pumpkin pie is like any pie you can get in the shops. It’s something made out of sugar, flour and oil.
✅ LIKE YOU DIDN’T KNOW
Wait, you didn’t know pie can make you fat? I’ll drop some knowledge for you now.
Pumpkin pie contains exactly what pies in a shop contain: sugar, flour and oil. The cheapest ingredients, the least nutritious ones and the most calorie dense.
One more thing: when you go out and have a piece of pie, a slice is 200 grams.
When you make one at home, you’ll cook 2 kilos worth of pie
✅ SWILL
A pumpkin pie actually means 2 kilos of sugar, flour, oil and some pumpkin.
You have now made a pie and now it MUST be eaten because…
It’s a pity to throw away food. You don’t agree with wasting food, do you?
🏆 PRO Tip: sugar, flour and oil is not “food”, it’s pig swill.
Now I realized. Sugar, flour, oil and pumpkin are 100% vegan and 100% compliant with religious fasting practices.
Don’t be surprised on Christmas after having put on 4 extra kilos since September, even though your plan was to lose 10 kilos…
Let me remind you what will get you those extra kilograms until Christmas:
Grapes, wine, pumpkin, pretzels. Then you’ll start fasting according to religious practices: you’ll eat soy, fries, rice, tofu, jam, everything with bread, of course.
If you’ll say I’m exaggerating, then maybe there’s no point in continuing.
But if you indeed appreciate uncensored, honest and genuine content, then…
