How to lose 30 kilograms - FAST
“I want to lose weight fast” is a lot like “I want to get rich quickly”.
When you go on one of those fad diets – that’s the equivalent of “making a killing in the market” or winning the lottery.

Studies don’t lie. More than 70% of those who win the lottery end up bankrupt – sooner or later.
Similarly, over 70% of those who try a new fad diet give up after 4 months on average. Then they gain all those kilos they lost right back…
✅ 1 MILLION EURO
How would you feel having 1 million EUR in your bank account? Sure would feel good, right? Wouldn’t it be nice if you could get it in just 3 months?
However, in real life, in order to set that kind of money aside between the ages of 35 and 60, your monthly household income should be of about 10000 EUR. Out of that amount, you should set aside around 3300 EUR for around 25 years…

One kilogram of body fat is estimated at around 8000 calories. Practically, 30 kilograms of extra weight means about 240000 extra calories.
You have set yourself a goal: lose that weight in 4 months because you’ve seen that some movie star did it.
The body of a static woman needs 1800 calories per day on average in order to stay alive.
Let’s say you don’t eat for a whole day. 1800 calories will be taken out of your fat deposits.
Simple math demonstrates that you would need to go into “hibernation mode” for 4 and a half months in order for the entire fat deposit to be consumed.
Even if you don’t eat a single thing for 4 months, you still can’t lose 30 kilos.
✅ HOW DOES WEIGHT LOSS COME ABOUT?
Weight loss comes from restricting calories. That is: eating fewer calories than your body actually needs.
If your body requires 1800 calories daily and you only eat 1300 calories, it means you are in a 500 calories deficit.
Meaning you lost the equivalent of 500 calories of weight that day.
✅ LET’S FACE REALITY
Let’s assume you will be able to consume an adequate amount of essential minerals, vitamins, fatty acids and aminoacids (protein) within 1300 calories every day.
Let’s assume you will also have a 500 calories deficit.
If you divide the 240000 calories (the 30 extra kilos of fat) by the 500 calories daily deficit, this means that in order for you to lose those 30 kilos you will need…480 days.
And we haven’t even taken other factors into account, factors like: vacations, summer watermelon season, ice cream, alcohol, weddings, parties, stressful evenings with compulsive eating…
