I have received this questions dozens of times in the past decade while working with thousands of community members. People usually get cravings, mostly for sweets. I have prepared a guide full of tried and tested guidelines.
This is also one of the problems I am facing daily and constantly. And it’s a problem I’ve been having ever since I was a schoolboy. Here is our guide.
✅ 1. THE LITTLE DRAWER...
The heart wants what the heart wants. If you keep sweets, pretzels or chips anywhere in the house, the brain will feel it. It is used to „cocaine” and it will demand „payment”.
The more time passes since your last „dose”, the less often you crave for something sweet. Isn’t it so?
If you say you do keep sweets around the house but you don’t feel the temptation, then those will go to other people inside the house. The sweets will go either to your children (maybe they are aready overweight), either to your spouse (who probably is pre-diabetic) or your parents (who almost certainly have diabetes or a heart condition).
I honestly believe it’s not alright to keep junk food around the house.
You want to enjoy something tasty at 10 PM? Get dressed and go to the store.
You will be surprised to find out that laziness beats cravings. Surely you’ll end up agreeing with me:
If you don’t keep junk on your house, you won’t be tempted and you won’t eat it.
✅ 2. THE BIG CLEAN-UP
As a natural consequence, the first point of action for an educated family is The Big Clean-Up. Round-up all the junk and throw it in the garbage bin.
Keeping junk food around the house is 100% your choice. You’ll be the one investing heavily in willpower – night and day.
Your kids are asking for a sweet treat? Buy some fruits and keep them in a bowl on the kitchen table.
You got them used to sweets, you should be the one to get rid of this habit. Luckily, there is a process out there that is faster and easier than you can imagine.
✅ 3. SLEEP
The more often you’ll go to sleep earlier, the less frequent sweets cravings will be. They’ll also feel less intense.
I have worked with thousands of people in the last 10 years. They have taught me everything I am about to present to you.
Try this: go to bed before 10 PM. At first, you’l manage to do it once a week. Next week, you’ll manage to do it twice. Then three times. And so on...
I don’t manage it every day either, but I strive every day to do everything with one goal: be in bed by 9 PM and fall asleep earlier.

✅ 4. FOOD GUIDE
All you have to do is eat the following MINIMUM amounts of food: 3 eggs + 200 grams of fish / sea food + 200 grams of meat / organs + 1.2 kilograms of vegetables.

✅ 5. DRINKING
Many times, electrolyte deficiencies can favor an increase in the occurrences and intensity of sweets cravings.
As a consequence, I should remind you of the kilogram of vegetables necessary for a proper mineral and vitamin intake. You should drink a minimum of 2 liters of naturally fizzy mineral water. We recommend the Romanian brand Borsec. Romanian shops are everywhere. You can find it there. Or you can order it online.
Why fizzy water? Because in general naturally carbonated water has 4 to 5 times more minerals than still water.
Why the brand Borsec? Because it has a rich Calcium and Magnesium spectrum in the right necessary proportion for the human body.
2 liters of Borsec carbonated water will get you 680 mg of Calcium and 200 mg of Magnesium.
Basically, out of just 2 liters of water per day you wull get 70% of the daily recommended dose of Calcium and 50% of the daily recommended dose of Magnesium.

✅ 6. CARDIO / HIIT
You should give up cardio or HIIT classes. Their only added “benefits” are an increase in appetite and cravings.
If you are tired, if you are stressed, if you have young children, if you work a lot – you should rest and go to sleep early.
Those fitness classes will never help you lose weight. Moreover, you risk injuries.
Aren’t you always saying all you wish you could do is sleep? There you go: go to sleep early and eat well. When you feel your energy levels replenished, you can also start doing daily walks.
✅ 7. PMS & SWEETS CRAVINGS
I once asked you what to write about. Someone got 46 likes to the following comment:
“What should women do during PMS? That’s usually when our appetites and cravings rise exponentially”.
During that time, calorie requirements increase, and it is absolutely fine for you to eat a little more.
Actually, it’s always fine to eat proper food until you are full.
It is extra important during that time to avoid any temptations (food-wise).
From my experience over the last decade, the answer is: eat more food, especially more eggs, more fish and more red meat.
For all you millionaires out there, we will recommend a supplement: 1-2 teaspoons of caviar – the most nutritious food in the universe.
✅ A SUPPLEMENT
Ladies, in addition to a nutritious diet during critical times (PMS, lots of stress, very little sleep), it would be beneficial for you to have a quality mineral and vitamin supplement.

I believe junk food should not exist in the homes of families who have at least a minimal education level.
✅ EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
☝️Eggs, fish, organs, caviar – the most nutritious foods on earth. Please eat them as much as you can, as often as you can.
☝️If you eat sweets, you feed your cravings. Sweets are like drugs. The only way you can avoid them is to eliminate them from your life.
☝️ You want something sweet? Have some fruit during critical times: 2 apples, 3 kiwi fruits or 2 oranges. During their peak season you can also have up to a pound of blueberries, raspberries or strawberries.
☝️Work on your stress management. Cut toxic people out of your life, try to pay off your debts, try settling your credit card bills, try to do well at work. Do all of these so you can sleep at night.
Try to solve those problems that are constantly eating you inside and make you “nibble”.
I told you our solution won’t be easy.
